Within a 1 kilometre radius of Hard-Co Constructions previous site on Columbus Road East, 7 of 9 consecutive houses have cancer, with four being bladder cancer, says Allen Frank. Now the same company has applied for a new fill site on Wilson Road North, less than a kilometre away from the previous site and also bordering the Oak Ridges Moraine border.
