Kenya Education for Employment Program – Kitale

In 2018, four students and two faculty from Durham College spent three weeks in Kenya documenting KEFEP, a $29 million initiative funded by Global Affairs Canada and partnership with 17 Canadian institutions.

First and second year students in the Journalism – Mass Media program collaborated to create a series of Story Maps about the KEFEP projects.

This story map takes a look at the town of Kitale and the work Durham College is doing in the agricultural engineering sector there.
