A Holiday Inn that’s less of a vacation than Oshawa storeowners were hoping for. Construction on Oshawa’s Simcoe Street North causes trouble for local businesses as the soon to be Holiday Inn has caused a decrease in walk-in business. However, some shop owners see the light at the end of the tunnel. Bill Christou reports.
