UOIT suffers big loss vs Blues

After a big upset victory over Queen’s, the UOIT Ridgebacks men’s hockey team could not carry that success against the University of Toronto, losing 5-1 on Nov. 9.
After the first period the Varsity Blues led 1-0, but an offensive outburst in the second period led to the convincing win.
U of T scored three goals in three minutes to begin the second period, shocking the Ridgebacks and forcing goalie Colin Dzijacky from the game. His replacement, Jacob Rattie, allowed one goal in the third period.
Matt Salituro notched the only Ridgebacks goal with Cameron Yuill picking up the only assist.
